He is Founder and Managing Director of NPcatalyst LLC, a non-profit consulting firm working with businesses and charities. Through his company, he is executive director of the Reno Air Racing Foundation and manager of KOLO-TV’s KOLOCares program. He is also co-founder of Greek Ladders, a new company connecting college students and recent graduates to career opportunities. The company is now helping candidates affiliated with over 60 college campuses. When he’s not making connections, Pete has fun spending time with his wife and children, running and cycling, watching horse racing, volunteering, and cheering on his Arizona Wildcats.
