Long-time umpires and officials in football, basketball, baseball and volleyball, Billy Martin and Mike Lemmer will discuss the trials, tribulations and behind the scenes happenings drawn from a stints as referees, umpires and officials starting in the early 1970s.
 
Billy and Mike are long-time Nevadans and were raised by families quite involved with sports. Billy's father coached football at Carson High School enduring our own Tim Griffin who played on the Carson High team. Billy has been a board member of the NIAA (Northern Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association) since 1995 and has enjoyed the workings of High School and College athletics for most of his adult life. Mike Lemmer called his first baseball game in 1974 and has worked 5 High School sports. His is currently the Cal Ripkin State "Umpire In Charge" and is a member of the Board of Directors for Senior Babe Ruth.
