Membership of The Rotary Club of Sparks represents an accurate cross-section of Reno-Sparks business and professional men and women. Our group meets weekly and is proud to call itself a nonpolitical and nonreligious organization and to welcome members of all cultures, races and creeds.

Our main objective is service, whether that be in the community, the workplace or throughout the city and the world. Members of Rotary, both in our local organization and worldwide, develop community service projects that address today's most critical issues, including:

• Children at risk
• Poverty and hunger
• Environmental preservation
• Illiteracy
• Violence
  

We also support programs for young people, educational opportunities and international exchanges for students as well as teachers and other professionals, and vocational/career development. Our motto? Service Above Self.
