"Tool Time" is our program to help Sparks area organizations in need of support via hands on teams of Sparks Rotarians to aid with projects. We've allocated the personnel and financial resources to get things done in the community.

Project Guidelines
  • Fill out proposal form and submit here: 
  • Project committee will review your proposal and respond back to you that your project has been approved. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF YOUR JOURNEY!
  • You are the leader of your project. Responsibilities include: Researching any costs involved, manpower needed, handling youth protection concerns etc... and responding back to the committee with all questions answered. 
  • At this point, the committee will forward your project to the Rotary Club of Sparks Board of Directors for final approval. 
  • If approved you are ready to start your project.
