Jessi LeMay is a digital storyteller who uses a combination of photography, filmmaking, and live storytelling to explore place identity, oral history, and subculture.  She has been behind the camera for the better part of twenty years.  Her explorations have taken her throughout the State of Nevada and as far away as South Sudan.   Some of her clients include Governor’s Points of Light, High Desert Montessori, Nevada Humanities, Woodburn & Wedge, The Washoe ArTrail and Reno Rodeo.

Jessi’s career as an artist is driven by two core principles:  when you know your neighbor’s story you are more connected to your community, and those stories become part of your own lore. Jessi looks forward to sharing with you the video explorations of her work.
