City of Sparks Update

Dion Louthan took over the position as City of Sparks City Manager in June 2024 amid a budget shortfall and fallout from the previous city manager's firing.  Dion has been a leader in municipal government for more than 25 years, and has  been recognized for outstanding leadership, customer service and communication skills, excelling in citywide process efficiencies, development projects, and related negotiations.  Mr. Louthan's presentation will focus on budget and operations.
